Why NPP Remains the Best Option for Ghana—BY KWASI SARFO. UG TESCON SECRETARY. KWASI SARFO, popularly known as ATWIMA SARFO, The University of Ghana TESCON SECRETARY has outlined the reasons why Ghana has to retain the ruling New Patriotic Party government. According to the TESCON SECRETARY , Ghana will collapse if the NDC returns to power or if Ghanaians elect any other political party apart from the New Patriotic Party. This is because no other political party can manage the country better than the incumbent government (NPP). He also mounted a spirited defense for the Akufo-Addo-led NPP government amid increasing lamentations of hardship across the country. He said although the cost of living in 2022 would be higher than in 2018, he has a strong belief that things will surely turn around in the years ahead. One of the most influential presidential aspirants of the forthcoming University of Ghana Students Representative elections lost mother. The day befor yesterday was a very grave day for the university community as Graham Derry Oduro was informed that her biological mother had passed away. In the heat of the campaign where the hopeful is believed to have been doing the final touches for the electioneering campaign received a bad message of his mother joining the silent ones is hurting. The campaign had been brought to a halt following the observance of the passage. It will not be fair if the SRC Presidential aspirant loses the mother and the position simultaneously. If he had lost the mother in these difficult times, then it would be a treasured and worthy cause for the university community to vote in his favour.
